Delivery
We deliver to all 47 counties. Nairobi orders placed before noon are dispatched the same day; orders after noon go out the next morning. Other counties reach you in one to three working days through our courier partners, and we send the waybill number on WhatsApp so you can follow it.
Pay on delivery
There is nothing to pay when you order. When the rider or courier arrives you pay M-Pesa, card or cash, and you can check the item before you do. Large appliances and furniture are unboxed and inspected with you at the door.
Returns
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within seven days of delivery. Message us on WhatsApp with the order number and we arrange the pick-up; the refund is sent by M-Pesa once the item is back with us. Bedding and personal-care items can only be returned unopened.
Bulk and trade orders
Landlords, Airbnb hosts and offices get bulk pricing and staged delivery — several units, one invoice. See trade & bulk orders or send your list on WhatsApp.
